That was the old Holley that was caked in crud. Drop it in the bucket for a few days to remove layer of crud first, then take it apart and clean it right. Kind of like hosing off the engine before taking it apart to really clean it. -

I did buy a service manual, then thoroughly cleaned the carb and set the floats to spec (61/64) since they were WAY low. Put everything back together together and now it won't start at all. Help removing R radiator?
I took 3 flat head screw out of each side of the housing with nuts on the back. Should those have stayed in? I don't think I even tried sliding it straight forward, I was focused on lifting. Thank you!- ShawnR
