    Eagle hitch top link

    I have this item in my shed, picked it up with some Ford weights. Posted on Tractor talk first as I wasnt sure if it was a Case item. One reply thinks it is a top link possibly from a 430/530. Threads on both ends are free. I did not try the locking nut. Other opinions?

    Case Eagle hitch top link?

    Anybody have a good idea what this piece is for? Looks a little like a Case Eagle hitch top link but not sure. The middle section does have a cast part that looks a little like the old case Eagle symbol. Its just hanging in my shed not serving a purpose. Someone may recognize and need it.

    4000 brakes adjustment

    Need to adjust brakes on my row crop 4000 (early). I've adjusted brakes on 600-801's so I'm familiar with the slot on the inside of the wheel to adjust the brakes. My 4000 has this oval spot but the holes seems to be solid. Do I just need to punch this out? This is a low use tractor but I...

    861 propane

    Anyone familiar with the propane burners? Regulators or carbs give many problems? I'll have a learning curve on one coming up shortly...I know they normally start on vapor, run on liquid when warmed up. Need liquid for full power sounds like.

    4 speed vs 5 speed

    Will a 5 speed transmission bolt up to a 4 speed rear end? 861 and 841 tractors. Transmission, fly wheel and clutch assembly moved over and should be good?

    Ford 841

    I have an 841 with the clutch pedal like the 851 vs a pedal like the 8n, jubilee, etc. I have also seen an 841 with a pedal like the 8n clutch pedal. Was this a partway through the series change? Or have one of these tractors had some components changed?

    148 loader on 3020

    I posted question a couple times about loaders for a 3020. Thanks for the comments and opinions. Ill post a few pics. I did find a JD 148. Owner kept the bucket as he had a couple 158 loaders and wanted the extra bucket. Now looking for the skid steer adapter and some attachments.
