    187D tractor Yoke needed!

Sorry about that. It gets kind of complicated when one part of an assembly fits the tractor but not the other. The person you talked to probably just didn't notice the match.

    187D tractor Yoke needed!

That yoke will actually be the same as the yoke below. You will just discard the shaft (it will be the wrong length) https://www.hoyetractor.com/PROD/DS-186.htm

    Moving to a lower altitude

No. In fact it will run better at a lower altitude where the air is more dense.

    Throttle reversed

Weird. You are sure that it hasn't always been that way? The external linkage all seems to be moving correctly. If it was something inside the pump that was hooked up wrong then the governor would not be able to keep the engine at a steady rpm (it would try to slow the engine but the engine...

    Throttle reversed

I'm not sure that is even possible. The governor assembly would also have to get reversed somehow in order for that to work. What model tractor do you have? Grey market Yanmar throttle levers are opposite USA model Yanmars. <B><s></s>USA<e></e></B>: faster = forward. <B><s></s>Grey...

    Throttle reversed

Are you saying the engine runs but you think the throttle lever has the opposite effect as it did before you rebuilt the pump or that the engine wont even run now?

    Yanmar 1700

Very true. What does the smoke smell like? Coolant smoke will usually be a sweat smell.

    Yanmar 1700

Does the smoke smell like burning oil or smell like diesel? Does the tractor start easily? It is not uncommon for a freshly overhauled engine to smoke for the first couple hours. Initially the smoke might be relatively heavy but then taper off pretty quickly. This is usually caused by oil...

    YM1300d stub axle replacement

A bearing separator is usually the right tool for the job. You can usually re-use the parts if you use one of those. <IMG src="https://cdn.mscdirect.com/global/images/ProductImages/5863320-23.jpg"><s></e></IMG>

1702D - Largest Recommended Finish Mower?

The general rule of thumb is 4hp for every 1 foot of finish mower width. That is a good starting point. You grass height and mowing conditions will determine how you adjust from there.

    Need advice for ym147d muffler

It looks like that model had a muffler tucked up under the hood. You might have to get a local muffler shop to help you retrofit something. <ATTACHMENT filename="1.JPG" index="0"><s></s>1.JPG<e></e></ATTACHMENT>

    Black box within instrument panel.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that box just houses the 'check lights' circuitry which is just a series of diodes that allow the <I><s></s>check lights<e></e></I> button to turn on all of the dash warning lights without effecting normal operation. I don't think the warning lights will work if it...

Hydraulic Fluid getting into Engine sump on 2310

The only way for hydraulic oil to be getting into the engine is through that pump seal. It is almost always caused by a deadhead or partial deadhead pressurizing the pump almost to the point of failure... which is almost always the reason why a replacement hydraulic pump is needed in the first...

    YM2310D Turf Tire Swap.

Unfortunately I do not have a kit for those bigger tractors. The '22' size tractors are as big as we can currently do. The bigger tractors have a different ratio and I have not found any suitable tires &amp; wheels yet.

    F20D, stops moving forward.

Oops... I thought I saw F<U><s></s>X<e></e></U>20 which is a powershift transmission. None of my suggestions would cause that problem on an F20 which is a geared transmission. I agree with Winston... don't think I have ever heard of that on a geared transmission before.

Have you cleaned your internal transmission screen &amp; replaced your spin on hydraulic filter recently?
