    i have a 1968 model 1030 case comfort king diesel that has a air intake sensor on the intake manifold that got broke off, i have learned that they are now longer available. do i need to find a replacement or could i just replace it with a brass plug?

    oil useage on 1030 case comfort king 451 desiel

    i have a 68 model 1030 and it's got 4333hrs. we are second owners after oil change with using 2qts lucas oil stabilizer with 12qts. shell rotela 15/40 in 25 hours i've added 1.3 gals.of oil to it and it seems to be thinning the oil, i would consider over haul if need be. any ideas, i'am new to site.
