    4 1/2 in grinding discs

I would try a 60 grit flap disc.

    Solar

Yes, I do have a good sized setup, but your question is very broad. Solar can work for many applications, but each situation is different and there are a lot of variables. Generally speaking I would say beware of solar salesmen and do lots of research.

    O.T. WATCHING AMAZON PRIME

If you don't have a smart tv, you can watch prime with either a Roku or firestick. There may be other options, but either of these should plug into your tv. You will also need an Amazon prime account, but it appears you realize that. You also have to have decent wi-Fi for these to work. I have...

Question about electric fences and insulators

It will not work well. Double insulated electric fence wire is made for this purpose. I like to run it through PVC conduit so that if it is damaged it is easy to replace, however that is not necessary.

    PVC pipe repair

I would have no worries about using the compression fittings underground. Have several in use and never had a problem underground. Have also used a union where pipe was not lined up quite straight and that has worked for several years also, but I feel more comfortable with the compression fittings.

    Weed eater wire wheels?

Haven't tried one, but Project Farm on YouTube did a comparison of different types of trimmer blades. The wire wheels did not perform well at all in his test.

    Need a new circular saw

I have to disagree. I have a milwakee corded from Home Depot that is not a very good saw. On the other hand I also have a cordless Milwaukee that I really like, The cordless is what gets used 90 percent of the time.

    Baling tractor

the headliner in my 6320 was coming down. I used upholstery buttons to hold it up. They are short screws with a washer and plastic cover that snaps on the washer.

Good to see today's funny back lately. We understand that it becomes a grind to post every day. But it is enjoyed whenever you choose to post.

    It holds Air?

I agree, some things just used to be made to last. My dad has a truck he got when he was eighteen (he is 78). The truck has never ran in that time. I wanted to move it. Tires were flat and had wide cracks. He said air them up and drag it out. I said there is no way that will work. All...

    Painting household cabinets

I think you have gotten some good advice. I recently painted ours after sanding with 220 grit using BIN primer. Topcoated with Sherwin Williams emerald urethane enamel. It is water based and created a very durable finish. I used a small roller, so no experience spraying, but they turned out...

    Home made T-Post Pounder

There was a new limited access highway constructed near my home a few years ago. There was fence constructed on both sides, much of it in steep extremely rocky ground. The fence building, was contracted to a non local company. All of the tpost for probably 20 miles of fence were driven with a...

    Baler for plastic

There are some video's on YouTube of people bailing it with a round baler. I Haven't had the the nerve to try it. I doubt you will be able to find a recycler. If you can't find a use for the bales, probably be cheaper to just get a dumpster, but I would like to here how it works out.

    Round bale wrapper

Like most questions, it depends on the details. I have the cheapest wrapper I could find <$4000. It will wrap bales just fine, but is slow. Operates off tractor hydraulics, so requires a tractor for wrapper and another loader to set bales on wrapper. Will work you to death if you try to do many...

    Pole saw recommendations

I have a 20 year old echo and have used a newer Stihl. Both were good. If I was buying today I would look at the battery powered saws. It sits alot between uses, is not something you want to use a lot at one time, and not something that requires a lot of power. I think that would make it good...

Jd 2355 update thanks TX jim

I posted a while back about jd 2355 with hydraulic problems. I went through everything that TX jim suggested and fixed some hydraulic leaks. I think the main problem was the intake screen being plugged. It looked like it was plugged with thick dirty oil, but hadn't been that long since oil and...

Replacing posts across a barbed wire fence-pounder or au

I would think that a hydraulic post driver such as danuser T3, would work good in that situation.

    JD 2355 hydraulic problems

I am working on JD 2355. Everything seems to work fine when starting cold. After hydraulics have warmed up, If you shut tractor off in is hard to crank to restart, but turning steering wheel seems to help. Using it to rake hay and rake was very slow to lower and would not raise completely (twin...

    Skid Loader Tires

Have galaxy hulk's on my skid steer. They have been great. Had Samson's on front of loader tractor several years ago. They were junk.

    Buzz box

Lincoln recommends a minimum of 15,000 watts. I used to run one off of a 2o,ooo watt pto generator which worked fine, but you could here it putting a load on engine when welding.
