white 2-70 Field Boss fuel injection return lines

I have been giving my neighbor a hand cleaning the fuel system on the waukeshha 283 and found the return line plastic fittings have disintegrated and need to be replaced or jury-rig a new system as a replacement. Can't seem to find replacement parts on line or on YT's store. Maybe I am not...

es, I think if they would position it so it was left and right instead of heal and toe you could just use your toe to operate it and rest your heel on floor.

yearend review of new Kubota MX6000

I semi retired my MF65 gas after 42 years of hobby farm use and replaced it with a new MX6000 mainly because I am creeping up there in age (79) and wanted power steering, faster hydraulics and getting rid of the clutch. The Kubota fit the bill in those areas. What I liked about the 65 that the...

MH, I am referring to the picture of the old MH pulling the rail to level your yard. Looks like a handle welded to the rail? Leon

H, what is it that you have attached to the rail that from the photo makes it look like a handle of some kind? Leon

IHI NX30 mini excavator morning hard start

I have been trying to help my neighbour diagnose a no start problem with his mini hoe with an Isuzu model 3ld1 diesel engine. This only occurs on the first start in the morning and requires a short sniff of ether to make it happen. Once started it will run fine and stop and start for the rest of...

how to untangle a balled up chain harrow

I have a neighbour ask me how to untangle his chain harrow that he purchased last year and it was delivered all balled up. I have never let mine get into that position because I know they are heavy and awkward to handle. He has tried different methods like hanging them off the fel but again...

Dynamic load testing of a Massive Ferguson

ops! my bad, somehow I missed that part with the crane hooked to it. That definitely would be the reason for it.

Dynamic load testing of a Massive Ferguson

hummmm? my unprofessional guess would be once the front wheels were off the ground and the back wheels weren't moving forward the engine torque was too much for the bolts holding the engine onto the rest of the unit and they failed.

    Happy Thanksgiving everyone

We had our turkey day yesterday so will enjoy the left overs today (it was a small turkey). I have a bad habit of having a piece of pie before the main course, I call it the appetizer. The piece after dinner is the dessert. Leon

Not many Orchard Tractors at Shows

I live in orchard country in the south Okanagan valley of BC and orchard tractors are not common around here. I have a JD60 orchard that was first delivered to Calgary Alberta in 1955 and ended up here in a Summerland orchard. I do not have the optional sheet metal that gives it that...
