    I just bought a 99 dollar cheapie Troy bilt trimmer and it has a centrifugal clutch instead of solid drive from the engine. Are all new trimmers idiot proofed now, or is this a special (stupid) feature?

    Good deal?

    A friend is offering a NH TC25D 4x4 w/loader.Comes with a 5" brush hog,finish mower, rake, box blade, and snow plow for 7,000. think I"d better jump on it, huh? It"s a "99, I believe, with under 500 hrs.

    530 industrial

    Planning on looking at a 530 industrial loader tractor w/ 3pt, dual range shuttle trans, new 8 ply rear tires, tubes, rims. eng. rebuilt 300 hrs ago. Dont know if gas or diesel yet. Asking 6500.00 Is that a fair price if its a reasonably tight machine? any specific problems to look for? thanks...

    JD 2155 whats it worth?

    Local dealer has a 2155 diesel, 2wd, under 2000 hrs (if the tach works) overall pretty clean, needs rear tires, and the rims are rusty around the valve stems. Has JD146 loader that has had one arm welded up and a crappy looking pin on the other side. What do you think its worth? Would you assume...

    Recently bought this car...unfortunately, it didnt have an owners manual with it. I ordered one, but they say it"s on backorder. Does anyone know the procedure for getting the "change engine oil" light out?

    O/T Ticks

    Ticks are out of control at my place...you literally cant even walk through the yard without getting several on you. I"ve heard that guinea fowl are the best for tick control, but chickens work also. Would sure appreciate any advise. (I know this is the best place to ask for it!)
