I couldnt find any identifier that had bc in the sn for a 3910

BC03786 is a late 1989 serial number. The xx10 series last year was 1989 and the first serial number for that year was BB84620, then the xx30 series started in 1990 with starting serial number BC26239, so BC03786 was made after the beginning of 1989 and before the beginning of 1990.
