930 Case CK with the inline pump, upon startup it seems like it wants to run wild. It was run out of fuel, but the tank is now filled and bled until clean fuel, no air from bleed screws, but it seems to want to run wild. If throttle is closed it will shut down. If by chance the rack is stuck, will the fuel shutoff still work? Is it possible that the governor is just stuck and not the rack? Even though the filters are bled is it possible for air to be in the injection pump to cause the runaway scenario?
