Fiat tractor rear Auxiliaries no pressure

I Live in New Zealand and old fiat tractors and advise on older fiats are hard to come by.
I have a universal(UTB) 533 Tractor identical to fiat tractors 450 530 series for parts (Universal built tractors under licence from Fiat) also same as some Long tractors. I have both Fiat and Universal tractors on farm and they are identical. The 3 point lift is working but recently the auxiliary connections on the rear have no pressure.

Can any body help.
