JD 2240 hydraulics

I have a high serial number 2240 with a loader. Every so often, when parked and operating the loader the front tires twitch when I use the lift or bucket levers. I have also had this happen while moving and I raise the loader and it snatches the steering wheel out of my hand. Seems like pressure is going into the steering system when activating the loader, but I am not sure how or what to check. I did just change the hydraulic oil and change the filter and clean the screens. I had this happen a few times last year as well. Any ideas?

Sounds as if priority AKA pressure control valve is temporarily blocking flow & stand-by pressure is dropping below 1700 psi. . This valve was designed to give power steering first dibs on hyd pressure & flow.
