Location of Regulator IH B250 Tractor

Howdy,

Can anyone tell me where the voltage regulator is located on an IH B250? I'm trying to help a guy whose regulator may have been removed. Thanks for any help.

See the attached wiring diagram. Not sure if this was for a Deisel or a Gasoline tractor, since the Gasoline unit was a 6-volt positive ground, and the Deisel was a 12-volt negative ground. From the location on the wiring diagram, it appears to be inside the tin just in front of the instrument panel.
