oliver 1650 draft control plug won't come out.

I have a 1650 that I am trying to set up a power beyond for the loader. However one of the draft control plugs that is supposed to be removed and have a hydraulic line put in it place is stuck in the casting and I can't get it out. I've tried some heat, (up to 350 degrees with a propane torch,) pb blaster, chiseling, using 1/2 drive plug socket on a 1/2 drive ratchet with a cheater bar and 1/2 drive electric hammer drill. Nothing seems to get it to budge. How much heat can I put to it without damaging anything internal. Should I just drill it out? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I had one that I couldn't get out. I heated it with a cutting torch then held a piece of wax up against it. The heat drew the wax in to the threads and it spun right out.
