Started awhile back...About a year ago the engine would surge even at full throttle, however when under a load it would smooth out and run fine...Now this year if i quickly.move the throttle to w.o.t. it starts pouring black smoke(flooding) and stutter...if i move it to w.o.t. very slowly it will run without issue until i try to move it or engage the blades then it floods again until i pull it back to idle where it runs just fine. i can engage the blades and mow at low rpm up to about half maybe less throttle....any help would be appreciated...i adjusted valve lash, adjusted governor, pulled the carb apart and cleaned it best i could...but to no avail...
