hey yall I have a MF-35 1962
does anybody have a diagram on how
to replace the trans oil seals
would really appritiate it!! my MF-35 tractor service manual does not cover oil seal replacement

You can probably get the seals from a bearing house but you may have to get them from AGCO. Several of the bearings are AGCO only. The problem is you have to make special tools to seat the seals. It takes one for the out side and the inside. I made mine out of steel pipe on my old lathe. Remember to replace all your bearings at the same time because loose bearings are what screws the seals up in the first place. Don't forget to check the relief valve spring in the multi power valve body. It's an .89 cent spring but you can't get it at the hardware store. And it's impossible to get at without splitting the tractor.

What kind of "MF-35 tractor service manual" do you have. My tractor madel is different, but I think a real MF Repair Manual will show you. Tom

Thanks foy your reply yall
I have the main service manual for
all the stuff you need to do like split the
tractor but it does not cover that specific
oil seal replacement it covers the pto oil
seal at the rear but not the transmission
Yall don't have some kinda diagram thanks

Big Dean's CD has a section on replacing the seals. I've done it and it's an process that really requires the manual or Dean's CD. You have to drop the PTO gear so the input shaft housing can be pulled out.
Perhaps someone can tell you how to contact Dean now.
