I have no front brakes. Rear ones work fine. The truck was sitting for two years. I suspect the wheel cylinders are froze, but I am having trouble trying to get at them. Do I have to take the hub off the spindle to remove the drum? Any advice is appreciated.

most likely but depends . do you have brake fliud at the bleeders .
was a brake line pluged with a nail . or coalasped brake line .
but it would be just as easy to pull the hub as a unit .

No fluid at the bleeders. The brake lines look ok.

Do you have a single reservor or a dual?
Take the rim off the casting & than the brake drum of the spindal, Can be a problem, Try to loosen the brakes, Put in new wheel cyl's.
