I am putting a Case 600 special back in service. it has been sitting for 8 years , Need a F 20032 drive belt, a F 16633 and the drive pully for the reel.
This machine was last used for beans . what adjustment do I do for wheat . Any help ? thank you

Google JayDee belts for a replacement belt. They have a parts list with company part numbers and a new replacement. The operators manual will give the settings for wheat. Have had good luck with JayDee belts on my Case Combines.

that real belt is an odd one, had my local dealer do a locater search and found a dealer that had one it was like $125 have your dealer check for you.

Cylinder speed as fast as it will go. Concave spacing as close as you can. Everything else set according to sample in tank.

suggested settings from the ops,, only time in Wheat i run max cylinder speed is in spring beardless wheat, I never set the concaves any where close to as tight as they will go in Wheat as it will grind both the straw and grain if you do, I only thresh as aggressive and I need to get all the grain out of the heads as but over threshing you over load the sieves with unneeded trash, I do turn up the air as high as it will go in Wheat and then adjust sieves so you clean it but dont blow the wanted grain over, I just posted the needed part of the chart

Found 1 belt there ,the drive belt still need the reel belt.

Try jaydee belts google it got a new one for the reel on my 960 from there and a few others i have two spare reel belts in bad shape but i going to run them first shipped right to your door step.

They had a drive belt but . But my belt no. for the reel belt was no good . My reel belt no. is F16633 from the case parts book. I wounder
if your machine and my 600 use the same belt

You can use a normal V-belt on the reel, I bought the last ones available at the time from Case years back of the original type,
