Hi I am looking for a loader tractor and found a M602 diesel with a fully
hydraulic loader. I am a JI Case guy and don't know much about
them just wondering what you guys can tell me about them.

Good tractors. I use an M602 loader tractor myself, but mine is LP instead of diesel.

The weak link on these is the Torque Amplifier or Ampli-torque as MM called them. They work just like the International version and have the same problems. Make sure the Ampli-torque works good on the low side. Just as with the Internationals, warm the transmission up before using the low side.

I have an M5 gasoline with loader that I use. Like IH Im sure, they shift better in low range. Can be a little "bothersome" on a loader tractor but you get into a rhythm with it and they work fine. What kind of loader is on it?
