Yep TSC parts are China junk buy them for NAPA or O'Reilly's and buy good stuff.
But try a bit of trouble shooting before parts next time
#1 check that you have a good blue/white spark at the center wire of the cap and at all the plug wires that will jump a 1/4 inch gap or more. If you have that go to #2
#2 pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas that will fill a pint jar in under 3 minutes.
#3 when was the last time you serviced the air cleaner??

Pull the distributor cap of and dust cover and get the point to open and leave them that way. Then check and see if you have battery voltage with a meter at the coil. If the voltage you have is not close to the same as the battery disconnect the wire from the coil that goes to the distributor. Then check voltage at the ignition side of the coil a 2nd time. If you have battery voltage good chance the insulator in the side of the distributor is shorted out. Or you have something where the condenser wire or such hooks to the point shorted to the body of the distributor

Check point gap on all the lubes of the distributor cam. You could have bushings going bad in the distributor which can cause the points to open to wide in one place and not wide enough in another can cause it to run poorly
