Any tips or things I should know before taking the gear pump off of the governor? Based on the way it went out I suspect that the key got sheared on the shaft between governor and hyd. pump.

Looks like it is 1. remove the hyd. lines from the pump 2. 4 bolts holding pump to governor housing 3. slide apart and find/replace key ???

The only key used is on the shaft where the pump gear is inside the pump. if you need a pump in have one to sell

Was able to replace the 3 woodruff keys and put it back together. Seems to be working OK. Not sure what caused the keys to shear????? Using it to operate a woodsplitter. Think the boys were laying on the lever after the relief valve was squealing.

Thanks for the offer though.
