Trying to help a friend. Truck batteries are charged and good, power at fuse panel when key is on, and all fuses and breakers in it test good. However, the starter relay does not click, the headlights do not come on, nor does the heater blower motor. Does anyone have any ideas or a place to get more info.
Thanks

Seems like there is another relay behind
the dash. But I didn't think it
controlled the lights. Probably the
dimmer switch on the lights. Just a WAG!

Neighbor went to help a man close to where the truck was parked, and when they finished they tried the truck. Still nothing. They noticed it had a new kill switch on it, and decided to unplug it;s power cable and run a jumper directly to it from battery. It started. Tried it a couple times and put wiring back original, still starts just fine. They didn't try the lights, so don't know if they work now or not.
