On the 580 backhoe he is saying his stabilizers work ? If the loader works we know it's not the pump. Now if the stabilizers also work, I'm a little
lost. I see you posted about the loader valve possibility. I'd like to know for sure if he has power to the stabilizers. No e-mail so I can't e mail
him. Dick

Yeah Dick I missed that when reading his original post, the stabs work so oil is getting to the BH valve, the thing we must determine now is if it is a Case valve or Commercial. If he could post a picture of the valve spool area so we could see the secondaries it would be easy to identify. The regen circuit is designed to dump return oil over into the pressure side when dropping the boom into a ditch requiring oil faster than the pump can supply, it is accomplished by check valves in the inlet and outlet sections both, the CaseCE parts site shows both inlet and outlet sections and valve locations. I am fairly certain he will find his problem in this area. These critters kept me and my family fed until I retired at 69, I was there when the first 530s were new and worked at the same dealership 52 yrs. I feel certain we can get him on the right track but we have to get past generalities and know how the system works.
