Drank a lot of it when it was cheaper and easier to get without special ordering it online, but I don't happen to have a can around at the moment. I did, however, get my brother a can for Christmas last year (actually the year before last now, LOL!) as he likes it at bedtime.

Dad said Grandpa used to drink it all the time. He said he didn't care for it. I never tried it.

My grandparents drank it- I tried it once, pretty awful stuff, IMHO. But then, I've never found an instant coffee I liked.

Back when I was a kid; my mother didn't think I should be drinking coffee, but she thought postum was OK for a kid. Times have changed.

As a kid, staying and Grandpa's farm for the weekend to go hunting. I would leave the house on foot with my black lab.when I was 12 yrs old, with my pockets full of sandwiches, cookies and two Ball pint jars of hot Postum wrapped in umpteen layers of newspapers. Needless to say after a few years and about 400 bird retrieves a year the dog had some serious skills. H e also hunted for my Dad, his buddies and all my high school friends later.
I'd head down to the lake, shoot a limit of ducks, head back to the cattail slough shoot 5 rooster pheasants, and then shoot 6-8 rabbits on the walk home. Everything hidden away by certain fenceposts. Grandpa would start the Model T and we would offroad it to pick everything up

As I get older coffee doesn't agree with my stomach after the third cup. I try to keep some around but it is getting hard to find. Currently I have a jar of Caro {basically the same stuff} I found in a health food store.
