Good motorcycle chain has o-rings, and it lasts forever, I think I can go 5,000 miles between adjustments

One thing to keep in mind,a new cheap chain is still better than a worn out expensive chain. A worn chain will wear out the sprockets very quickly, and will make an inexpensive maintenance item become a very costly break down.

A place I used to work at bought spools of chain from rollerchain.com, and I thought it was a good quality chain for a really good price.
