Mole board or moldboard? A mole is device that goes behind a sub soiler type of shank that makes a drain underground for water issues. A mold (mould too if you're English) board is the big curved part of a turning plow that flips the soil over.

Steel wheel 2 bottom, -$100/200+
rubber tired, WITH good rubber, $100/$300
With bad or no rubber, First set of figures.
Rubber tired with shot tires and rusted wheels, $25/100
