I have a Ferguson 2 bottom plow, the data plate calls it a "2-16C-AO-28".

Attached is a picture of it, but I have since completely cleaned it, primered, and painted Ferguson Grey (and it is a nice paint job).

Has the correct coulters, and even the little chains that hold them in place. The ONLY thing wrong with the plow is that someone has welded / added onto the shares, but they did a really nice clean job of it!

What do you guys think it is worth? I restored it to use / show behind my TO-30, but around here, 2-16's is just too big for the tractor, and I never tried using it. It has been sitting in my barn taking up space for almost 3 years, and I think it is time for it to hit the road!

Anyone interested?? Thanks! Bryce

Bryce, where are you located? How many bolts hold the share or point on, 3 or 4? Do you have the jointers for that? What is that chain on the ground? Thank you.

My area $350-- sometimes depends on who wants it more or less and how bad someone wants to sell. I've seen them advertised $450. Not a lot of 16's in my area.

I'm in the northern tip of Idaho. I have no idea how many bolts hold the share on, but I will check! What are Jointers?

And the chain is just what I used to unload it at the time.

The average price here would be $225. Have seen low $95 and high $375.

The actual name is jointers many people call them scrapers. On the disc plow they are called scrapers. They keep the coulters cleaned off.

Bryce I will take you up on the delivering. It's not to far between Idaho and Michigan. Just a nice little week end jaunt.

Not too many of those around,
I have a TO35 that came New with 3-12? plows, they do a great job if there is little trash on the field,
But tend to clog up if there is much trash, corn stalks, heavy weeds grass,

I looked for 2-16?s but never found a set,

I would try them before I just sold them an bought a 12? plow,

I finally bought a set of MF disc plows, they do a good job and do not stop up very much,
Some day I may find a 2-16? Plow in my community, might buy a 3-16 Plow and take the center plow off,
Again at least try them before you sell,
