I have a new Holland skid steer with the fast release
attachment. One of the quick release handles when you pull it
up it does not want to stay up and wants to fall back down not
releasing the attachment. Rebuild the side with everything
new except for the handle itself still have that same problem.
Any suggestions on how to fix this and doesn?t make it very
handy when you got a tie string to it hold up to get the
attachment off

As I remember on the L series when the lever was pulled up it sorta went over center and locked,if you have rebuilt the mechanism it should be ok,you sure the lever is coming up enough ie nothing stopping it short, check the brackets for cracks, this is the sort of problem that one would want to be looking at to suss out what the trouble is.
