The power steering on my 1365 with FWA is virtually non-existant and is gone when it gets hot. It does help some if I rev the engine. Is this the pump or the cylinder? Both? If it is the pump is it better to rebuild or just up it and buy a new one. Can't afford to have this machine down for long.

You need to test the pump. You need a 2000 PSI pressure gauge and you need to have a line made up with metric fittings. E-mail is open. J.

You can buy a new pump off ebay pretty cheap no sense in trying to rebuild one.Or buy one from Import Tractor

That's kind of where I was leaning. Found a rebuild kit for $100... New pump for $210 Easy choice for me.

You're asking for advice,so I'll give it. Before you spend any money,make darned sure your actuators are adjusted right.
