I have a 2004 gmc Sierra 6.0liter gas.
I have wondered if any one has ever replaced the original battery with a group 31 stud post style.
Will it fit? Will it work?
I love the group 31 stud post batteries i put them in every thing i can.
Always had good luck with the group 31 stud post batteries.
Thanks for information

I agree about 31 series batteries. I do the same thing, every time I can use one I will. I do not know if they will fit in the battery tray area on that style GM truck. Just take some measurements, there is not a whole lot of room with wise on those trucks.

Can't say on the chevy. We use them on everything also. No cleaning terminals, and best yet no over tightened clamps.
