A fella brought this to me today and the clutch will not release . It was working when parked 2 yrs ago but now will not release. This does not have the live pto but it does have live hyds. Thought about a split but if clutch is hung up I will probably not be able to get it apart. Any one been there done that and what have you done??

Thanks for all replys. You guys have been a great help in the past.

Search the archives here - there are many posts on freeing up a stuck clutch. I could likely have it freed and the rust burned off in less than 5 minutes. Good working brakes are required to do it the quick way, which is not always a given on a NAA.

And from now on, put a wooden block under the clutch peddle to avoid this situation.
