Had a junker generator, that I needed to gut, to re-purpose, by using the barrel, as a make-do pipe connector, of sorts. Because I didn't GAS, I decided to just drill out the boogered up field screws out, by sticking the barrel on the drill press, clamped by gravity only. I hit dead center, on all but 1 of the 4 screws, and 3 came out with an easy out (internal left twist spur type), and just a little torque. 4th one I only missed by about 1/16", stuck the easy out in, and the bolt broke off clean enough to allow for easy dis-assembly! If I had been tryin to save them bolts, or holes, I'da missed 'em all!
