So I was reading a post from I don't know how long ago, at least a few years, and someone said they knew were there was a a4t 1600 behind a old dealer somewhere in southern Minneasota and was wondering if anyone know, or if anyone remembers that post. I'd like to know what town it was in, and also they said they thought it could be bought for scrap price. I will try and find the post again, thanks for any help.

I found the post. By Molineone, topic a4t parts, was only from 2009 I thought it was older, would like to look at it since sw Minneasota isn't to far away, this is what it said.

There is one SW of Minneapolis about 50 miles. A4T-1600, diesel, duals (flat). I'm pretty sure it would go for the price of scrap, but that's just a guess. It's behind a implement dealer.

I think they were talking about the one at HW Equipment in New Prague MN- they had a dealer closing auction atleast 2 years ago- I stood right next to the tractor when it sold, I don't remember the price, but I thought it brought great plenty for what it was. The tractor wasn't even the dealers to sell- the owner of it had some sort of troubles with it when he was in down, so he abandoned it there and it sat for multiple years.

HW Equipment was an IH dealer, and from what everyone local has told me, they were a pretty crummy dealer in the later years. I don't know if the building site sold yet or not- its a solid hour west of here, and thats far enough away for me not to know!

seems to me it when pretty high, so I don't think it went to scrap. No one on site was bidding, it was the internet that got it- most people were laughing at the price it was climbing to by the condition it was in.

Well I know where there is a a4t1400 that needs grill, motor and all the hoods, side panels etc, but don't know if its forsale, I kinda want to find a 1600 though. After we get our 1470tk restored I'll be looking for another project.
