Did anyone else enjoy this fine day? Supposed to be 70 easter and snow Monday, what a roller coaster ride this winter has been. I think everyone is ready for green grass and sunshine. What is your top priority job when this weather fairs up?

Yep snow on the ground last Sunday and now if the upper 60s today. Spent the day getting the old Lincoln portable welder up and running so I can take it to a friends place and fix a few things he broke. But yep ready for it to be warm or cold but not warm today and cold tomorrow then warm the next day hard on a body to get us to it plus make the old bones ache

Yea, finally got into the 40s today, that was nice with filtered sun.

Chipped open the old shop door so I can get in to the old backup tools - which as you know are the ones you need when you need tools....

Yesterday I got the track cleared on the new machine shed so that door can open.

Only leaved the door on dads old big shed. He put the doors on the north side. Several inches of hard ice left there.

Progress tho.

Paul

I had a fine day and got a lot done. Temps up into the low 50's with little or no wind and bright sunshine.
Clearing brush and new trees from my fences and spreading some seed, and horse poop on top. Gonna start cutting and pulling brush in the next day or so. Horse poop will have to wait for a little dryer ground.

Looking for 57 today, maybe 60. We ran beagles in a pine plantation yesterday and you could walk on the crusted snow between the trees without breaking through. The open fields around it were clear and dry. I plan to finish plowing one more food plot today.
