posted this question on the the Massey Ferguson forum and thought i'd try it here too.

I've been working on a Ferguson TO20 tractor and need the oil filter cover spring. Would anyone know of a source to purchase this spring or the size dimensons so I can get something close at the hardware store? i could also use the copper looking washers on the filter cover bolt and drain plug. would fitting up the copper washers at the auto parts store be wise?

I don't know about getting the spring for the filter, but the copper washers should be at the auto parts store they're used for brake lines.

If I can remember to do it, I have an extra spring I can measure tomorrow.
