I was looking to buy a King Kutter for my 8n but have no clue as to what size to buy or how much is too much for this tractor too pull. Can anyone give me some advise. I have seen a 4ft model but seem to small. I saw the 5ft & 6ft model but lean ing towards the 6ft as this is a better deal.

Depends on how thick the grass is. If you keep it short the 6' will do. If you keep it long the 5' will be all it can handle. Of course, there's no law says you have to take a full cut. You're call. Maybe you can try before you buy!!

Nothing larger than 5'.

A 6' cutter is too heavy for your 8N and requires too much HP in all but IDEAL conditions.

I've had a 5ft. KK for many years I've used on both my 9N and 8N (8N likes it better!) to mow pastures when the critters can't keep it grazed down. It will bog down in very heavy tall grass but I don't think I've ever stalled the tractor. Six footer would be too much except for the lightest mowing.

I have a 4 ft one and like it, at times I have to take a half cut in real tall grass. It really depends a lot on your grass and how tall you let it get.
