The 4 Stars and M5 had a identical "style" hydraulic pump on later models. I believe the smaller tractors' pumps didn't have quite the volume of the larger ones. My question:

Were the late M5/602 and the early M670 (non-super) hydraulic pumps the same, or did the early M670 pump more volume than the late M5? Thanks.

My parts book shows the same part number for hydraulic pumps on the M5, M602, early M670. It does also list another pump to use as a replacement for the previous pump. If I remember correctly I thought the early M670 literature said "improved hydraulics".....not sure what was improved on them though.
