Purchased a Ford 860 tractor for restore. Has no oil pressure gauge or copper line. Have new gauge and copper line. Need the location on the engine block where the copper line and fitting screw into.????

Behind the hydraulic pump - right rear corner of the engine.

Can't really see it very well, but like Ultradog said, in front of and below the battery. Maybe you can blow the pic up better....

I went and looked on mine. There is a qtr. inch pipe plug in the engine block, between the front of the hydraulic pump and oil pan dip stick.

Ralph...sorry for the late reply. Was going to get a pic of mine for you, but forgot before I left it. On my 861 it is just behind the hydro pump facing forward.

Inboard of the hyd. pump. Your tractor may have a crimped over line sticking out of it.
