So I bought a 7050 and the ac didn"t work I put on a new compressor and temp switch and charged it but it doesn"t seem to get the compressed cold I put 4 cans of 134 in it can any one give me some advice please? Thanks

4 cans is not enough. What do the charge gauges say? You should also change the filter/dryer when changing the compressor. Otherwise the compressor warranty is void. The gauges will tell you if the expansion valve is bad.

What feilter and how many cans do you think? What is the expansion valve im very new to doing work on ac units i really appreciate the help if you could walk me threw it thanks

Also, take the roof off and make sure everything is clean up there. You will probably find it is packed with dust and dirt. More than likely the expansion valve is blocked/bad.

Did you flush the ac system with an approved flush? You need to get all of the old oil out of the system. Also after you replace the drier you need to pull a vaccume on the system to get all of the air out and to check for leaks.

u really need gauges and no how much Freon your system takes anytime u open your ac system u need to run a 20min vaccum on the ac system to get any debris or moisture out before filling with freon
