Check to see if the spool on the hyd valve(parts key #9) is shifting to the "twine apply" mode when tail gate is closed, I've seen the spool get dirty causing it not to shift plus hay/chaff build up not allowing it to shift. Are ALL 5 springs intact and attached correctly??????

I forget mention before. Baler make ball and not
started stringing. We want smaller ball, husband
regualted machine, but ball is same. Then he make
started stringing manually. I named this action

Sounds like typical symptoms for twine valve mechanism that doesn't reset when tail gate is closed. Refer to my first post.

No problem at all. I was just curious. I could tell from your English that you weren't from USA. I hope my information on the baler helped. If not let us know and someone will help get it going correctly.
