Finally got the 2 bars off. Got them straight. Thanks for the help. Still need the teeth, but that's ok for now.

Looking at the rake, the right side wheel, where the C-clip sits, looks like it wore down to almost nothing. C-clip installs with minimal finger pressure.

Take a mig welder and tack the snap ring to the housing in a few places.

It's been while but I used a Dremel and small cut off wheel to remake the slot.That snap ring should fit snug to help pre load the small bearing in the back of the cup.I was told that by an old Massey mechanic years ago
