Steering clutch spring compressor. I understand that this simple tool can be made in a home shop i need the specifid s on it.I also understand that angle iron is used any useful information will be helpful. thank you

try posting in the crawler,loader and dozer section of this forum, its down by the combine section. lot of knowledge there.

If you are talking about the flat plates that bolt on the side of the steering clutches to compress them for removal from the cluch compartment I have some for my TD-6 I"ll look in manual tonigh as it covers both TD-6 and 9 and get back to you with dimensions if available.
