I"m not getting any heat in the cab of my 8550,the temp on engine is running normal and radiator is topped off .any suggestions where to start to look?

Take roof off of the cab and clean out the dust and dirt. Feel the hoses going to the heater core to see if they are as hot as the radiator hoses. Core could be clogged also.

Check that the valve for the coolant isn"t shut off.

And sometimes there is a shutoff on the return line as well, to keep heat from migrating.

Sometimes for a clog, can reverse the flow direction (reverse the lines) because the build is from one direction. By reversing the lines, can sometimes blow the clog out the other way. Worked for me on a very cold snowy winter day, and its easy enough to do. Give it a shot.
