Having trouble removing the pulley from the old water pump to press on the new pump. Would like to press it off, but not much space between the pulley and pump to hold it. Any tricks or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I used to use a bearing splitter and the outside edges would catch my press. If not cut out a circle and drill a hole that will accept a fine thread bolt that can be used as a forcing screw. Then drill the four holes that will line up with the holes the fan bolts to. Attach 4 good grade 8 bolts and use that as a puller.
