My father and I finished this up today. It roared to life with a split second button push and runs good. You can see it at the Mid-Iowa Antique Power how this first weekend in August. It took alot of time and work but it looks and runs great now.

Great job, those VAC's are such useful, simple and well built tractors I am confident people will be using and restoring them 50 years from now.
