This is a Case 580C you got with a Borg Warner Shuttle, have you checked the torque cake for a crack,it is not unusual for the housing to crack under the flexi mounting plate, the other place is the front oil seal in the pump, you sure the oil is not leaking from the breather and running to the lowest point,if it is remove the relief valve and have a look at the ball and spring,it's in the piece of hexagon on the shuttle plumbing.

If you are sure the leak is coming out the drain hole then the leak is in side, there is nothing that can be done from the outside the shuttle will have to come out,if the cake is good and a new front seal you will need check the torque boss is not out of round where it goes through the seal,I have seen this happen when the unit was let fall down at the back during removal, the oil pump could have a leak/crack,it hard to guess where the oil could be coming from.
