I think I know how I am going to tackle this, but here is my question. I am converting a hand crank unstyled WC and putting a newer starter clutch housing on the chassis. When I joined the engine back onto the clutch housing I can't get the throw out bearing far enough forward to engage the spring release levers on the clutch. Attached is a picture. The throw out bearing is barely touching the release levers and just seeking advice before I start back at it. Thank you.

Looks like the throw out bearing is on backwards.

Might also need to adjust the clutch fingers I forget what the measurement is.

should be 1/4"

Throw out bearing appears to be on backwards and the part of the bearing that spins in not on the pressure plate fingers so the bearing cannot work
