Folks, I need some assistance. I have a Huskey Brand log splitter for TSC; 22 ton. I need to replace the hydraulic filter but kinda in a bind. TSC only has 1 type available and can't cross it to the current filter. My attempt to search and locate an alternate has been fruitless. The only marking on the current filter is S390601A0. I can't confirm micron size or any other characteristic. Now, maybe I'm over analyzing this and ANY filter would work but, then, maybe not.

I need your help for something on which I don't feel confident.

TIA

According to this site (https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/huskee-splitter-filter.64410/), these 5 part numbers will work on your machine:
Fram 1653A
Napa 1553
Cross 1A9023
Baldwin BT839
Wicks 51553
There's more good info if you keep reading that page.

To be certain, you could always call SpeeCo yourself and ask what they have listed for crossover parts.

The filter on a Husky 22 ton log splitter is 25 microns and the Lentz hydraulic filter that TSC sells is a 25 micron filter .
