Hello I'm new to the forum. I have a question for you all, I have been looking at this oliver 1855 but it is a gas tractor. The problem it has is it has a bad crank so I was wonder if it would be any different than the diesel to repower it with a 6bt cummins? What should I Look for when looking for parts to repower it with the cummins?
Thank You and have a great day.

There are many things to look for, some good some bad. I have done hundreds of these. I would be willing to talk to you on the phone if you would like to call me.
A 6bt 12 valve is best, but there are many pitfalls to avoid. Call me @ 563 382 4530
