Orlando had 52F today, add all the minuses to all the highs that are less than 60 and you could get 9.1

Well an average is the adding of all the numbers records then divide by the number of them taken so yes it could well be right depending on where all they took those temps at. But an average can in many times be like a statistic and only be correct by where the claims are made at.
