Bought a bare back 400 a year ago. Took the 325 Dual loader off and makes a good yard tractor. Bought a 220 Case cutter a couple weeks ago with the feed roll and boxings and coupler missing. Being it is cold I ran a 210 parts machine in the shop and took the parts off for the 220. Got it all together and running last few days.

That is quite the seat spring. I have a couple implements with open pto shafts. I always shut off the pto AND the tractor before leaving the seat. Nice pictures thanks. BTW, what was the hydraulic set up for the loader? gobble

This tractor has several mods on it as the previous owner farmerized everything. The 325 Dual loader has a fairly new Farmhand pump.

Even though I don't know you personally, I'm worried for your safty with that open power shaft. If you have a shield for it I sugest you put it on. I've seen the results of what happens when someone gets wound up in a PTO shaft, and it never turns out good.

Dad used a handkerchief in demonstration when I was a young lad. He tossed it into the PTO shaft spinning. Then he proceeded to say, That could be your hand. Stand clear of it! Nuff said!CM

It didn't come with a pto shield, but I have a couple extras for it. I'll have to put it on and take another pic.

Do you need to see more? Some day I'll have to post pictures of my collection of prothstetics, and what's left of my amputated leg.

Nice set up. What is the LP tractor behind it in the last picture?

Steve,

Nice to see all that Case machinery being saved. Is that a factory DC LP gas, or a conversion? Don

My son owns the lp DC. He bought it on a auction in Mn. We talked to the son who said his Dad bought the lp kit from Case. Included everything that a factory lp tractor would have including the hood and lp head. I put brand new sleeves and pistons in and it purrs like a kitten.
